Terms & Conditions

Members
All members must pay annual membership in September of each year, a new membership card will be issued each year. Any payments after September will incur a late payment fee of £10.00 and no entry to the club until this has been paid.

Visitors / Guests
Members who bring guests are required to the sign in book at the front of the building and a fee of £1.00 per guest to the bar staff. This guest can only come once per month or sign up to be a new member.

Smoking
Smoking / Vaping is not prohibited at all times unless they are in the designated smoking area.

Behaviour
Bad behaviour will not be tolerated, this may result in a lifetime ban from the club.

Food
No food to be eaten or re-sold on the club premises unless purchased from the club.

Bookings
Venue bookings require a 50% deposit to secure the room. Balance to be paid on the day with proof of receipt. Any cancelations need to give the club 1 month notice otherwise deposit will be lost. Any damage caused by a booking will need to pay for repairs.

Catering
No outside catering is permitted at any time, all catering to be provided by the club.

Car Park
Users of the car park do so at their own risk. The management will not accept responsibility for damage, accident or loss.

CCTV Surveillance
The premises are protected by 24 hours video recording internal and external; images are being recorded for the purpose of crime prevention and public safety.
